Our media players with automatically detect the proper date and time using internet time servers. If your time is not updating properly then we may be having trouble keeping communication.
1. Does your internet network rely on their own NTP Server? If so, we'll need to update our NTP configuration file to point it to your internal NTP server address.
For example NTP.ADGATORS.ORG would be an address.
Or it could be an IP address 10.100.1.254
2. If you don't have an internet NTP server, is your network restricting NTP based traffic?
