If the image on the screen is stuck or frozen there are a couple of options to try.
- If it's easily accessible, try rebooting or power cycling the media player.
- Contact support@adgators and request assistance.
- Please provide the name and location so that we may faster assist you.
- Consider including what the screen is showing to help us better diagnose the issue.
For example:- The screen is showing a solid white or black screen.
- Some of the dynamic data elements are missing, but static images are still working.
- The adgators-screenseed desktop is showing on the screen.
- If the AdGators background is showing, does the network connection indicator in the top right corner of the screen appear connected or disconnected?
- Have any network changes recently been made in the areas affected?
