How to resolve a wireless connection issue.

Attempt a power cycle to give the media player a new connection attempt.

If it's possible to re-position the media player, do so that it's antenna's have a clear path directly towards the nearest Access Point.

Try positioning one straight up and one to side. (see attachment)

Please note: Each time you make adjustments please power cycle the media player to ensure a fresh connection attempt takes place.
